Kutzschbach develops individual test equipment for development, mass production or End of Line Test (EOLT) of ultrasonic sensors.
SOUNDPRESSURE TESTER
Our Soundpressure tester was developed to determine the soundpressrue and resonance frequency of your ultrasonic sensor as fast as possible. Our measurement results can help to you test the quality of the sensor during production before it reaches the End of Line Test. This helps you to reduce your scrap and increase your yield.
IMPEDANCE TESTER
The impedance tester allows you to quickly judge the quality of your electronic components in ultrasonic sensors. Critial production processes need constant supervision and using our tester makes sure you can react to problems quickly.
End of Line Tester
We test your sensor thoroughly to ensure maximum quality and a constant sensor performance for your customer. We test all relevant functions, including current measurement ,resonance frequency, soundpressure and sensitivity of the transducer. At the end the sensor will be programmed using the measured values and can be directly delivered to your customer. In case you need a label on your sensor, this can be directly applied to the sensor housing after finishing the End of Line test.

MEASUREMENT TECHNOLOGY
All measurements are stored in a database. You can use the data to constantly optimize your production process and to quickly react to deviations.
To avoid disturbances during the ultrasonic measurements we will develop a test chamber individually fitted to your sensor. Furthermore we are not using pneumatic components in our testers.
You can use our systems to produce difference types of sensors independently of housing or the interfaces used.
We enable you automatically switch between different sensor types without any additional setup time by a worker.
Due to our standardized measurement equipment, we can quickly adapt to customer specific needs or extensions. This helps you save a lot of time during development and ramp up of new sensors.
