Initial Situation
Kutzschbach Electronic GmbH & Co. KG provides IT services, consulting, and managed services to medium-sized businesses. Each client has a dedicated Technical Account Manager responsible for coordinating IT support. This manager monitors contract terms and service delivery for their clients.
Previously, data was manually maintained using dashboards in the ticketing system, which was error-prone and often led to delayed responses to developments. The goal was a central, automated overview that transparently displays the current contract status for every technician.
