Introduction of a new service tool in the helpdesk

We don't like standing still and so we strive to continually improve. Today we would like to introduce you to an important innovation in the helpdesk that will enable us to work more closely with you. From May 1st we will be introducing the “Autotask PSA” system for process optimization and automation. This gives you the following advantages immediately:
