The core of the data protection documentation is the list of processing activities. Only once this has been created can the individual procedures be assessed for data protection compliance and, if necessary, technical and organizational measures taken. 

The aim of the workshop is to to teach participants the first steps towards the correct approach and implementation of the GDPR in the company.

Initial workshop

  • Duration: approx. 4 hours
  • Introducing a data protection management system
  • Identifying procedures related to people
  • Creation of the register of processing activities
  • Documentation of procedures
  • Evaluate the procedures
  • Conclusion of order processing contracts
  • Fulfillment of information obligations towards those affected
  • Use and documentation of technical and organizational measures
  • plus arrival and departure
  • Each additional participant costs €50,00
