Personal data is part of everyday work in almost every company – for example, in customer contacts, HR processes, emails, or the use of digital systems. To ensure that data protection isn't just a theoretical concept, employees need to know the basic rules and be able to assess typical risks in their daily handling of data.
In our basic data protection training, we provide practical instruction on the most important fundamentals and raise awareness among your employees about the responsible handling of personal data.
The training is aimed at employees who process personal data in their daily work and wish to acquire or refresh basic knowledge of data protection.
No prior knowledge is required. The content is presented in a practical manner and applied to typical situations in everyday business.
After the training, participants will be familiar with key data protection principles and will be better able to assess typical situations when dealing with personal data.
They know when special caution is required, how to react to potential data breaches, and who to contact if they have any uncertainties.
Upon completion of the training, participants receive a certificate of attendance to document the training conducted.
