K-Cloud Server

Operate your private, secure network with a CLOUD server to which you have exclusive access. The configuration can be done individually according to your requirements. The provision as a rental server takes place directly in the K-CLOUD. Each CLOUD server can be combined with other services from the cloud.

The K-CLOUD also provides a hardware pool, from which the devices can be flexibly booked for a short period of use or for test phases. A individual configuration of these servers is possible to a limited extent. All CLOUD servers have a redundant connection to power and network and contain a firewall as a virtual machine. Secure access runs via the CLOUD Service Agent.

Monitoring functions can be booked optionally. Your hardware is monitored centrally by employees of the Kutzschbach CLOUD team. In case of an error, you will be notified immediately. Faults that can be remedied without interrupting use are fixed immediately. Faults that require business interruption will be eliminated after consultation. The included service guarantees a response time of 60 minutes in the event of a defect (during business hours, otherwise 4 hours).

K-Cloud Storage

The K-Cloud provides the storage space on a high-availability storage cluster. All resources and the hardware used (chassis, HDDs) are designed redundantly. The storage is provided as an iSCSi volume (1 GB or 10 GB).

There are three types of storage: backup storage, standard storage and performance storage. The K-CLOUD Storage can be expanded flexibly, depending on the storage type, this is possible in 10 GB, 100 GB or 1 TB steps.

Networking

+ the internet bandwidth can be increased by 100 Mbit steps

Firewall

For each package we automatically provide you with a firewall VM and configuration. You can easily expand these with additional security functions.

+ email protection: spam filter with anti-virus package (per user)

+ internet protection: content filter with anti-virus package (per user)

+ email and internet protection: spam and content filter with anti-virus package (per user)

Hard drive space
