Highly available K-Cloud VM

With “Infrastructure as a Service” we provide you a virtualized IT infrastructure. Use servers, storage, networks and other infrastructure as a service from the K-CLOUD. The provision takes place via virtual machines. You retain control over the operating system and applications. You are responsible for installing software and maintaining the virtual servers. Increase the resources you need - based on your current needs.

The K-CLOUD VM is a virtual server that you can order or expand according to the needs of your resources. Each virtual server receives its hard disk storage from the high-availability storage cluster. Network, internet, electricity and storage are connected redundantly. The VM can be moved without interruption for maintenance work. If the physical server on which your virtual environment is located fails, it is automatically taken over by another server.

Storage

The K-Cloud provides the storage space on a high-availability storage cluster. All resources and the hardware used (chassis, HDDs) are designed redundantly. The storage is provided as an iSCSi volume (1 GB or 10 GB).

There are 3 types of storage: backup storage, standard storage and performance storage. The K-CLOUD Storage can be expanded flexibly, depending on the storage type, this is possible in 10 GB, 100 GB or 1 TB steps.

Internet

100 Mbit internet connection and 1 TB internet traffic per month already included

+ a public IP address is included (and can be expanded by 4 more at a time)

+ the internet bandwidth can be increased by 100 Mbit steps

Firewall

For each package we automatically provide you with a firewall VM and configuration. You can easily expand these with additional security functions.

+ email protection: spam filter with anti-virus package (per user)

+ internet protection: content filter with anti-virus package (per user)

+ email and internet protection: spam and content filter with anti-virus package (per user)

Hard drive space

(The storage can be expanded in steps of 100 GB / 1 TB or 10 GB / 100 GB (performance storage) and is provided as an iSCSI drive).

software licensing (SPLA / CSP)

The licensing runs via the SPLA and/or CSP license programs of the respective software manufacturer. We are certified for all relevant manufacturers and equipped with the appropriate skills. We would be pleased to advise you individually.
