Kutzschbach customer portal

Every customer who concludes a service contract with us that contains a basic service agreement gets access to our Kutzschbach customer portal.

This customer portal is not just your personal window into the Kutzschbach company, but rather a door that gives you online access to shared tickets, projects, contracts and documents.

Access to the customer portal is via two-factor authentication.

WHAT FUNCTIONS ARE THERE IN THE CUSTOMER PORTAL?

Every customer sees a dashboard on their welcome page so that they have an overview of their open tickets using charts. You can also see the tickets created and closed in a monthly chart.

There are even more functions via various menu items:

BOOK YOUR TICKET
Do you need help? Then you can easily create a new ticket in the customer portal. This will then be processed by our colleagues in the helpdesk.

You can also see more detailed information about individual tickets, such as notes and time entries from technicians.

PROJECTS
Here you can actively view projects and project tasks.

Do you have a problem within a project? Then simply report a project problem here and send the message directly to the project team.

DOCUMENTATION
Here you will find, for example, the signed service contract as a PDF, the service descriptions of the managed services you have booked or managed backup reports.

TICKET REPORT
We offer you a detailed ticket overview. Here you can see an overview with a previous selection of the time period and the displayed columns.

DASHBOARDS
Tickets: Diagrams are used to display open and closed tickets. You can also see the status of the tickets and which technician is responsible.

Contracts: The customer sees the status of his hourly quota (total hours + available hours), which hours were worked each month and which services he has booked.

Projects: If you implement a project with us, you will see the projects, project tasks and any project problems here.

Time entries: Tabular list of time entries from the current and past month

TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION

In order to increase the level of security in our customer portal, we recently switched access to two-factor authentication. If you already have access to our customer portal and your account has not yet been converted, one of our technicians will contact you as soon as possible to arrange the conversion.

BASIC SERVICE AGREEMENT

Access to the Kutzschbach customer portal is part of our basic service agreement. In addition to this access, our basic service agreement includes additional services:

  • Technical Account Manager (responsible technician)
  • Hotline from 07.00 a.m. to 18.00 p.m
  • Guaranteed response times
  • Guarantee/complaint processing
  • Basis for monitoring/hourly quota
  • Billing by the minute
  • Access to the customer portal including ticket system
