A common goal, something that drives us all and motivates us to work every day. Goals and strategies are extremely important for the growth of any company. For this reason, we take a few days every year to focus and define where we want to go and how we will achieve our goals for the coming financial year.
Last week the entire team was ours Augsburghe company, Kutzschbach INNOVATIONS, together with managing director Frank Söder in an idyllic hut in Balderschwang for our annual strategy meeting. After a successful day full of presentations and exciting discussions, there was also an adventurous day of canyoning to once again strengthen our team cohesion after the past few months of social distancing.
The new financial year can now start full of enthusiasm and team spirit.
