Fresh ideas for 2023 with fresh mountain air and even a little snow
In keeping with our motto “Standstill doesn’t suit us,” we met last week for our annual strategy meeting at the Explorer Hotel in Nesselwang to evaluate the last year together and at the same time look forward and develop goals and strategies for 2023.
To provide a holistic overview of the various projects and goals of the individual departments, employees from technology, administration, sales, consulting and marketing from both Kutzschbach companies as well as our managing directors were there. Also at the start was our mascot penguin Franky, who kept an eye on everything.
For three days, current statuses were analyzed, new ideas and concepts were presented, actions were planned and goals were defined that we would like to achieve in the coming year 2023.
The result of area-specific presentations and constructive discussions: A common roadmap for the coming year that motivates and drives us all.
We are now full of enthusiasm for the new year and are looking forward to implementing exciting projects and strategies.
