Last week, Kutzschbach Electronic held its annual strategy meeting at the Explorer Hotel in Nesselwang. Away from the daily grind, employees from all departments and business units came together to review the past year and set the course for 2026.
All departments and business units reflected on their developments over the past year, sharing successes, challenges, and key lessons learned, and contextualizing these in a joint discussion. This involved not only figures and projects, but also the question of how Kutzschbach Electronic as a whole has evolved and where we see potential for the future. This open exchange across departmental boundaries formed the basis for further strategic work.
Goals and priorities for 2026
In the next step, the goals and priorities for 2026 were defined. Key areas of action were developed collaboratively, priorities were set, and the strategic direction was further refined. The strategy meeting thus provided a forum to consolidate perspectives, group topics, and establish a clear direction for the coming year.

A shared snowshoe hike through the winter landscape strengthened team spirit and provided an opportunity for exchange outside of the meeting rooms.
