Kutzschbach INNOVATIONS starts the new financial year with a clear strategy and strong team spirit
Which projects went well? Where were challenges encountered, and what can we learn from them? In open discussions, we jointly evaluated our experiences from the past year and developed strategic goals for 2025/26. The exchange across team boundaries and the combination of our expertise were particularly important.
Teamwork that connects
Of course, we also had plenty of time to get together: A real highlight was our hike in Kleinwalsertal, where we were caught in the rain. Soaking wet but in great spirits, we headed straight to the wellness area afterward – team building with a twist!
With energy and vision into the new year
The strategy meeting not only gave us new impetus but also brought us closer together as a team. We're entering the 2025/26 fiscal year with shared goals, renewed motivation, and a whole lot of drive.
