Together we set the course for our 10th business year.
To kick off our 10th year in business, the Kutzschbach INNOVATIONS team met for a two-day strategy meeting at the Wald & Wiesn Berghotel in Balderschwang. Nestled amidst the Allgäu mountains, the focus was on exchanging ideas, reflecting on the past year, and defining the strategic direction for the coming months.
In various workshops, we reviewed our past successes, analyzed challenges, and jointly developed concrete goals and measures for the future. Open dialogue and the diverse perspectives of all team members formed the basis for new ideas and clear decisions.
In addition to the work itself, personal interaction also played an important role. A shared hike, a barbecue evening, and relaxing hours in the spa area provided ample opportunity to further strengthen team cohesion and foster communication outside of the daily work routine.
With fresh impetus, a clear strategy and plenty of motivation, we are now starting our 10th business year – ready to take the next steps together and successfully implement our ideas.
