Since 2008, COMPUTERWOCHE and ChannelPartner, together with established market research institutes, have been regularly surveying companies in Germany about how satisfied they are with the services of their IT service providers. The progress of IT projects from the past two years is evaluated. Those responsible for IT projects in the company (CIOs, IT managers, IT administrators, managing directors, department heads, etc.) are surveyed.
20 IT managers and IT decision-makers took part in the current survey, which ran from May 5 to July 2022, 2.335. They evaluated the performance of their system house partners and IT service providers in a total of exactly 2.318 IT projects. The results of this survey form the basis for the rankings of the best IT service providers in Germany 2022 and for the presentation of the “Best IT Service Provider” awards 2022 to the best-rated companies. A total of more than 720 IT service providers were in the race for the top positions.

SUCCESSFUL PLACES FOR KUTZSCHBACH
This year we took part in the election for Best IT Service Provider 2022 by COMPUTERWOCHE and ChannelPartner for the first time. We are very pleased that Kutzschbach was able to take 12th place in the overall ranking.
We are particularly proud of our success in the “Flexible Collaboration” category. Here we achieved first place. It is important to us to respond to the needs of our customers and to design the collaboration individually.
We also have it in both the “Innovative Ideas and Concepts” and the “Consulting Skills” category IT architecture | Solution Models” made it into the TOP 10. We came seventh in the “Innovative Ideas and Concepts” category and seventh in the “Consulting Skills” category IT architecture | Solution Models” reached sixth place.
