At this year's New Year's reception in the Schlössle Restaurant Nördlingen We not only honored significant milestones of the past, but also took a look into the future. The highlight of the evening was the official handover of Kutzschbach Electronic from company founder Frank Kutzschbach to his son Thomas Kutzschbach.
Since it was founded in 1981, Kutzschbach Electronic has grown from a sole proprietorship into a medium-sized IT solution provider in the geographical triangle in 43 years Nördlingen, Augsburg and Ulm with around 80 employees. Kutzschbach INNOVATIONS GmbH has also been part of the group of companies since 2017.
After taking over the business operations of the company in 2022 AugsburgAfter the IT system house Quentia, the expansion of the technology base in Friedberg-Derching and the expansion of the management team to include the authorized representatives Andreas Fischer and Tobias Schiffelholz as well as the commercial manager Ralf Lindner, important building blocks for the future strategy were set, the company is taking another step in 2024 with the change of shareholders decisive step for the continuity and future security of the company. “By handing over the business to my son, Kutzschbach Electronic is fit for the future and our generational contract concluded years ago has come to fruition. Nothing will change at the top management and managing director level or for customers and partners,” emphasizes founder and managing director Frank Kutzschbach. He will continue to lead the company together with Frank Söder and Thomas Kutzschbach.
In the midst of this festive atmosphere, our anniversaries of the past and current year were also duly honored: Frank Söder (30 years), Andreas Fischer (25 years), Markus Emer (20 years), Tobias Schiffelholz (15 years), Karl-Heinz Lantzsch (15 years), Peter Gruschka (10 years), Annika Litvai (10 years), Johannes Rühl (10 years) and Thomas Kutzschbach (10 years). A special moment was the honoring of our managing director Frank Söder, who not only celebrated his 30th company anniversary, but also his 20th anniversary as managing director! The culmination of the event was a spectacular fireworks display.
